Pre-authorization is necessary for all returns, so please contact us for an RMA before sending anything back. We aim to process refunds promptly upon receipt of the returned item, adhering to the original payment method where feasible. Note that return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we must highlight that any indication of our products being used for unintended purposes (e.g. any indication of human usage, rather than indendent research) nullifies this guarantee.Eligibility for returns includes unopened items, with a limit on returns for up to two opened items. This policy is active for 45 days post-delivery, with certain conditions considered on an individual basis thereafter. All unopened products
One unopened product, no questions asked. Additional product returns available for return with pre-approval, generally without issue.

Our return period begins 45 days from the day the delivery is confirmed by the shipping service.  Exceptions to this rule may be available, simply contact us to ask. We prioritize making our customers happy and would love to work with you to make any issues right!
